数字化战略导向对组织韧性的影响研究  

The Impact of Digital Strategic Orientation on Organizational Resilience

摘　　要：以制造企业为研究对象,运用资源基础理论和吸收能力理论,探讨数字化战略导向对组织韧性的影响,并分析外部知识获取的中介作用和吸收能力的调节作用。结果发现:数字化战略导向对前瞻性韧性有倒U型影响,对响应性韧性有正向影响;外部知识获取对前瞻性和响应性韧性有正向影响,且在数字化战略导向与前瞻性和响应性韧性间起部分中介作用;吸收能力正向调节外部知识获取与前瞻性和响应性韧性间的关系。Drawing on resource-based theory and absorptive capability theory,this paper takes manufacturing firms as the research object,explores the influence of digital strategic orientation on organizational resilience,and investigates the mediating role of external knowledge acquisition and the moderating role of absorptive capacity.The results show that digital strategy orientation has an"inverted U-shaped"effect on proactive resilience and a positive effect on reactive resilience.Moreover,external knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on proactive and reactive resilience and plays a partial mediating role between digital strategic orientation,and proactive and reactive resilience.Absorptive capability moderates the relationship between external knowledge acquisition and proactive and reactive resilience.
