摘 要:动物生物材料的DNA检测是民事调查和刑事侦查的重要工具。犬的DNA可以将犯罪现场与被害人、犯罪嫌疑人相关联,还能发挥证明犯罪的作用。犬DNA在法庭科学中具有重要作用。本文通过系统查阅和总结相关文献报道,从犬DNA分析的主要应用场景及犬物种鉴定、个体识别和亲缘关系鉴定、品种和纯种鉴定三个角度进行综述,展望了犬DNA分析技术在法医学的应用前景,以期为我国犬DNA分析技术及其在法医学应用的相关研究提供参考。DNA detection of animal biological materials is an important tool for civil and criminal investigations.Dog DNA can link the crime scene to the victim and criminal suspect,and can also play a role in proving the crime.Dog DNA plays an important role in forensic science.By systematically consulting and summarizing relevant literature reports,this paper summarizes the main application scenarios of dog DNA analysis and dog DNA analysis technology from three perspectives:dog species identification,individual identification and kinship identification,breed and purebred identification.It also looks forward to the application prospect of dog DNA analysis technology in forensic medicine,with a view to providing reference for dog DNA analysis technology and its related research in forensic medicine application in China.
