摘 要:受温度分布不均、元件参数不同等因素的影响,电力电子设备容易出现电流分配不均的现象,均流控制可在电路中均匀的完成电流分配,提高设备的安全性和稳定性,在此背景下,提出光纤光栅电流传感器均流控制方法。在并联变换器结构的基础上分析了不均流产生的原因,发现占空比会影响电流分配的均衡度;采用光纤光栅电流传感器采集三相电流,为后续占空比补偿量的计算提供依据;根据上述采集电流对平均电流和相重构电流展开计算,同时分析两者在采样周期内存在的关联关系,引入占空比补偿原理,结合分析结果计算三相占空比补偿量,以此对不均流现象展开补偿,实现均流控制。仿真结果表明,所提方法具有良好的均流控制效果和精度。Due to factors such as uneven temperature distribution and different component parameters,power electronic devices are prone to uneven current distribution.Current sharing control can evenly distribute current in the circuit,thereby improving the safety and stability of the equipment.In this context,this paper proposes a current sharing control method for fiber Bragg grating current sensors.On the bases of the parallel converter structure,the causes of uneven current were analyzed,and it was found that the duty cycle would affect the current distribution of the balance degree;Using fiber bragg grating current sensors to collect three-phase currents,providing a basis for the subsequent calculation of the duty cycle compensation amount;Based on the collected current mentioned above,calculate the average current and phase reconstruction the current,analyze the correlation between the two during the sampling period,introduce the principle of duty cycle compensation,and calculate the three-phase duty cycle compensation based on the analysis results to compensate for the uneven current phenomenon and achieve equal current control.The simulation results show that the proposed method has good equalization control effect and accuracy.
