摘 要:射频半实物仿真系统采用三元组合成的方式模拟目标的连续运动,角模拟精度是系统核心指标之一。天线阵列结构稳定性和可靠性是影响系统角模拟精度的关键因素,其主要由球面阵列天线支撑桁架的结构、刚度、强度等因素决定,因此天线支撑桁架的结构设计的合理性和可靠性至关重要。针对暗室球面天线阵列大型桁架存在的结构特殊、尺寸规模大、自重重、变形限制要求高等困难,采用有限元仿真分析方式,对其结构不断优化,并对结构进行正常工况下的安全稳固性校核,保证了天线阵列的工作精度。最终根据建筑抗震设计规范,在七级地震烈度的工况下对所设计的桁架结构进行了防震仿真分析,验证了其结构的合理性。Hardware-in-the-loop simulation system simulates the continous movement of the target in multigroup way,and the precision is one of the core indicators of the system.The stability and reliability of the antenna array are the key factors affecting the precision of the system,which are mainly determined by the structure,stiffness,strength of the supporting truss of the spherical antenna array.So the reasonableness and reliability of the structure are very important.With the finite element simulation analysis,the difficulties such as large size,complicated structure,and high deformation limits are overcame by continuous optimization of the large truss structure of the microwave dark room spherical antenna array.According to the Code for SeismicDesign of Building.It is proved that the designed truss structure can ensure the safety of the system under normal conditions and the condition of China earthquake intensity Ⅻ.
