摘  要:研究了针灸足三里穴位下的脑电信号波动,探索了利用脑电信号监控针灸状态的可能性。实验中利用OpenBCI脑电采集系统,共采集了11位被试者的脑电数据。针对单一被试数据,使用时频分析方法,确认脑电在静息态和针灸状态下的激活与抑制情况,并利用AR-Burg算法进行功率谱密度估计(power spectral density,PSD)。针对信号频率及针灸状态,具体到5种节律(δ,θ,α,β,γ),5种状态(针灸前静息态,第一次针灸,针灸中休息态,第二次针灸,针灸结束静息态)。结果表明,针灸足三里穴位时,在针灸状态下,θ,α以及γ节律下存在明显的激活和(或)抑制现象。相关结论对理解针灸对脑功能的影响具有参考价值。This paper studied the fluctuation of EEG under acupuncture Zusanli acupoint and explored the possibility of using EEG to monitor acupuncture state.In the experiment,the EEG data of 1l subjects were collected by using the OpenBCI EEG acquisition system.Based on the data of a single subject,the time-frequency analysis method was used to confirm the activation and inhibition of EEG in the resting state and acupuncture state,and the AR-Burg algorithm was used to estimate the power spectral density(PSD).Five rhythms(δ,θ,α,β,γ)and five states(the resting state before acupuncture,the first acupuncture,the rest state during acupuncture,the second acupuncture,and the resting state after acupuncture)were specified according to the signal frequency and acupuncture state.The results showed that there were obvious activation and/or inhibition ofθ,αandγrhythms in the acupuncture state of Zusanli acupoint.The relevant conclusions have reference value for understanding the influence of acupuncture on brain function.
