摘  要:针对船舶喷涂仿真中模型网格大导致的模型上各点涂层计算不精确、涂层显示效果较差的问题,提出了一种虚拟船舶交互式喷涂涂层厚度精确计算与渲染显示方案。方案基于椭圆抛物面的涂层厚度分布模型实时计算厚度增量,将厚度增量累加存储为高分辨率厚度纹理贴图,根据名义干膜厚度将厚度贴图转化为显示颜色贴图后,利用两张显示颜色贴图结合ping-pong机制快速消除涂层裂隙,最后在进行基于变分逼近算法预分割的船舶部件模型上渲染显示喷涂涂层。以某型船舶机舱为对象,使用VR设备进行虚拟喷涂,验证了基于本方案开发的虚拟喷涂系统实时显示涂层、精确计算涂层厚度的功能,结果表明,所提方案计算速度快、厚度计算精度高、涂层显示效果好,上述方案可广泛应用于喷涂工艺仿真验证、交互式喷涂作业训练和机器人喷涂轨迹优化。Aiming at the problems of inaccurate coating thickness calculation at each point on the model and poor coating display effect caused by large model grid in ship spraying simulation,an accurate coating thickness calculation and display scheme for virtual interactive ship spraying is proposed,which calculates thickness increment in real time.The calculation is based on the coating thickness distribution model of elliptic paraboloid.The thickness increment is accumulated and stored as a high-resolution thickness texture map.After the thickness map is converted into a display color map according to the nominal dry film thickness,the coating cracks are quickly eliminated by using two display maps combined with the ping-pong mechanism.Finally,the display spraying coating is rendered on the ship component model which is pre-segmented through the variational approximation algorithm.Taking the marine engine room of a certain type of ship as the object,VR equipment is used to carry out virtual spraying,and the functions of the virtual spraying system developed based on this scheme to display the coating in real time and accurately calculate the coating thickness are verified.The results show that the scheme proposed in this paper has fast calculation speed,high thickness calculation accuracy and good coating display effect.The proposed scheme can be widely used in spraying process simulation verification,interactive spraying training and robot spraying trajectory optimization.
