摘  要:海底电缆工作环境复杂,不仅长时间受海水侵蚀,还有可能受到锚害、海浪冲击、落石等损伤,造成挤压变形,变形会引发绝缘电场畸变,可能导致绝缘击穿故障。为解决上述问题,建立了交流500 kV自容式充油海底电缆有限元模型,求解了海缆绝缘层受到挤压变形后在不同纵向压缩率下的电场分布。结合海缆出厂试验标准,对比电缆变形前后电场畸变情况,判断绝缘层是否存在局部放电甚至击穿的风险,并拟合出电缆各向场强与纵向压缩率的方程。结果表明,海缆挤压变形导致绝缘椭圆化,形变情况可用椭圆纵向压缩率表示,在525kV电压下,纵向压缩率达15%时电缆出现击穿风险,纵向压缩率为31%时绝缘层完全击穿。研究结果可为海底电缆挤压变形后的电气特性评估提供理论和数据参考。The working environment of submarine cable is complex,which is not only eroded by seawater for a long time,but also may be subject to a series of injuries such as anchor damage,wave impact,and rock fall,resulting in extrusion deformation.This deformation will cause electric field distortion of the insulation layer,which may lead to insulation breakdown failure.In this paper,a finite element model of the AC 500kV self-contained oil-filled submarine cable is established to solve the electric field distribution of the submarine cable insulation layer under different longitudinal compression rates.According to the standard of cable factory test,the electric field distortion before and after cable deformation is compared to determine whether there is a risk of partial discharge or even breakdown of the insulation layer,and the equations of the field strength and longitudinal compression ratio of the cable in each direction are fitted.The results show that the insulation ellipticity is caused by the extrusion deformation of the cable,and the deformation can be represented by the elliptic longitudinal compression rate.At 525kV,the risk of cable breakdown occurs when the longitudinal compression rate reaches 15%,and the insulation layer is completely broken when the longitudinal compression rate is 31%.The results can provide theoretical and data reference for the electrical characteristics evaluation of submarine cable after extrusion deformation.
