摘 要:为了实现泵站能效的提升,需要在满足水力需求的同时最小化能源消耗,针对该问题提出一种基于均值偏移算法的泵站运行自动化控制方法。利用均值偏移算法实时跟踪泵站运行参数,掌握泵站运行情况。以泵站启停次数最少和泵站总能源费用最小为目标函数,建立泵站运行自动化控制模型。通过混合粒子群算法对模型求解,获取最优泵站运行自动化控制方案。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法可以有效降低泵站取水电耗,提升泵站机组运行稳定性,合理降低泵组启停次数,能够达到预期的安全运行以及节能运行的目的。To improve the energy efficiency of pumping stations,it is necessary to minimize energy consumption while meeting the demand for water conservancy.To address this issue,an automatic control method for pumping station operation based on mean shift algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the mean shift algorithm was adopted to track the operating parameters of the pumping station in real time,thus obtaining the operating status.And then,the minimum start-stop count and minimum total energy cost of pump station were set as the objective functions,an automatic control model for pump station operation was built.Finally,the model was solved by the hybrid particle swarm algorithm to obtain the optimal scheme for pump station operation.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the electricity consumption of water intaking at the pumping station and improve the operational stability of the pumping station units,while reasonably reducing the start-stops count of pump group.Therefore,this method can achieve the intended goals of safe and energy-efficient operation.
