我国戒毒药物维持治疗门诊2022年在治患者HIV HCV梅毒感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解戒毒药物维持治疗门诊(MMT)在治患者中HIV、HCV及梅毒感染情况。方法利用全国戒毒药物维持治疗信息系统数据,分析2022年门诊在治患者中HIV、HCV、梅毒合并感染情况。结果46010名纳入本次研究的MMT在治患者中,HIV感染率为4.0%,HCV感染率为64.7%,梅毒感染率为4.9%。感染HIV/HCV/梅毒中两种及以上的合并感染者比例为7.1%,其中HIV和HCV合并感染率为3.5%,HIV和梅毒合并感染率为0.2%,HCV和梅毒合并感染率为3.9%,HIV、HCV和梅毒合并感染率为0.1%。88.1%的HIV感染者和74.1%的梅毒感染者合并感染HCV。结论我国MMT门诊在治患者中HCV感染率较高,HIV和梅毒感染者合并HCV感染的比例较高。今后应加强MMT门诊在治患者中HIV、HCV、梅毒感染综合干预服务。Objective To assess the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),hepatitis C virus(HCV),and Treponema pallidum(TP)infections among patients undergoing community-based methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)in 2022.Methods Data from the HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Response Information Management System were used to analyze co-infections of HIV,HCV,and TP among patients undergoing MMT.Results Of the 46010 patients who underwent MMT included in this study,the prevalence of HIV infection was 4.0%,HCV infection was 64.7%,and TP infection was 4.9%.Multiple infections involving at least two pathogens(HIV/HCV/TP)were found in 7.1%of patients,with HIV and HCV co-infection at 3.5%,HIV and TP co-infection at 0.2%,HCV and TP co-infection at 3.9%,and triple infection(HIV,HCV,and TP)at 0.1%.Additionally,88.1%of patients with HIV and 74.1%of patients with syphilis treated in MMT clinics had HCV co-infection.Conclusions The rate of HCV infection among patients treated in MMT clinics and the proportion of patients with HIV or TP co-infected with HCV,was high.Integrated HIV,HCV and syphilis multidrug prevention services should be strengthened for such patients in the future.
