摘 要:为了克服丙烯酸酯压敏胶在高温下内聚强度较差的问题,以丙烯酸酯单体为原料,通过UV-LED光引发合成丙烯酸酯预聚物,添加不同UV树脂作为交联剂进行制备紫外光(UV)固化耐高温压敏胶。考察了软硬单体质量配比、功能单体用量、光引发剂(TPO)用量对压敏胶性能的影响。采用衰变全反射傅里叶红外光谱(ATR-FT-IR)对压敏胶结构进行表征,并对其热性能、力学性能、耐老化性能进行分析。结果表明,丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)∶丙烯酸(AA)质量比为83∶7、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)质量分数为12.5%、光引发剂(TPO)质量分数为0.1%时,压敏胶固化后综合性能最佳。衰变全反射红外色谱分析证明了UV固化压敏胶制备成功。差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析表明,产物中的交联结构与丙烯酸酯预聚物以及UV树脂具有良好的相容性。热重(TG)分析表明,加入不同UV树脂之后的压敏胶耐热性能得到了提高,并且环氧丙烯酸酯的耐高温性能是三类树脂中最好的,200℃放置2 h后仍无残胶。To overcome the problem of poor cohesive strength of acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive at high temperatures,acrylate monomer was used as a raw material to synthesize acrylate prepolymer via ultraviolet(UV)-LED photoinitiation.Different UV resins were added as cross-linking agents to prepare UV-cured high-temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive.The effects of the mass ratio of soft to hard monomers,the amount of functional monomer,and the dosage of photoinitiator(TPO)on the performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive were investigated.The structure of the adhesive was characterized by attenuated decay total reflection Fourier infrared chromatography(ATR-FT-IR),and its thermal properties,mechanical properties,and aging resistance were analyzed.Results showed that the optimal formulation for the UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive had a mass ratio of 83∶7 for isooctyl acrylate(2-EHA)to acrylic acid(AA),with 12.5%hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),and 0.1%TPO.ATR-FTIR analysis confirmed the successful preparation of UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis showed that the crosslinked structure in the product had good compatibility with both the acrylate prepolymer and the UV resin.Thermogravimetric analysis(TG)indicated that the heat resistance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive was improved by adding different UV resins,with epoxy acrylate exhibiting the best high-temperature resistance among the three types of resins.No residual adhesive was observed after placing it at 200℃for 2 hours.
