摘 要:针对山东省某肠衣厂的肠衣干燥工艺生产线,使用溶液除湿闭式循环系统烘干方案替代原有高温蒸汽烘干方案。在该改造工程中,将肠衣干燥房间的部分回风引入溶液除湿空调机组中进行除湿处理后与其余回风混合,再经机组冷凝器加热后将低湿高温的热风送入肠衣干燥隧道中。与原系统相比,基于溶液除湿技术方案的运行不受室外新风参数影响,可实现全年生产,最终可达到降低运行能耗、提高肠衣产量的目的。通过对溶液除湿烘干系统参数进行实测,与原高温蒸汽烘干方案进行对比分析,结果表明,肠衣年产量可提高20.5%,运行费用可降低48.5%,单位除湿成本可降低56.8%,节能效果显著。This paper focuses on the casing drying process production line of a casing factory in Shandong Province.The drying scheme of liquid desiccant closed-cycle system is used to replace the original drying scheme with high-temperature steam heat source.In this renovation project,part of the return air from the casing drying room is introduced into the liquid desiccant air conditioning unit for dehumidification treatment and then mixed with the remaining return air.After being heated by the condenser of the unit,the low-humidity and high-temperature hot air is sent into the casing drying tunnel.Compared with the original system,the operation of the liquid desiccant technology scheme is not affected by outdoor air parameters and can realize annual production.Ultimately,the purposes of reducing operation energy consumption and increasing casing production can be achieved.Through the actual measurement of the parameters of the liquid desiccant drying system and comparative analysis with the original high-temperature steam heat source drying scheme,the results show that the annual casing production can be increased by 20.5%,the operation cost can be reduced by 48.5%,and the unit dehumidification cost can be reduced by 56.8%.The energy-saving effect is remarkable.
