摘　　要：青藏高原是我国太阳能资源最为富集的地区,具有以太阳能作为支撑率先实现建筑零碳化运行的先决条件。本文以区域建筑群为对象,调研了青藏高原多个城镇、县域、社区等区域建筑群组团及用能特征,重点分析了建筑群热、电供应技术现状。按照建筑群是否有集中式太阳能供暖系统分为2种场景,提出了4种太阳能零碳建筑群技术实施方案建议:1)原有太阳能集中光热供暖+集中式光伏供暖供电;2)原有太阳能集中光热供暖+分布式光伏供暖供电;3)原有分布式光热供暖+集中式光伏供暖供电;4)新增集中式光伏提供零碳电力,满足建筑群供暖供电需求。讨论了上述几种技术实施方案需重点解决的问题,并进行了案例分析。The Qinghai-Xizang Plateau is the region with the richest solar energy resources in China,possessing the prerequisites for leading in the realization of zero-carbon operation of buildings with solar energy as the support.This paper focuses on regional building complexes,surveying several towns,counties,and community building complexes on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,along with their energy usage characteristics.It particularly analyses the current status of heating and electricity supply technologies for these building complexes.Based on whether the building complexes have centralized solar heating,two scenarios are distinguished,and four types of solar energy zero-carbon building complex technical solutions are proposed:1)existing centralized solar thermal for heating and centralized photovoltaic(PV)for heating and power supply;2)existing centralized solar thermal for heating and distributed PV for heating and power supply;3)existing distributed solar thermal for heating and centralized PV for heating and power supply;4)newly added centralized PV providing zero-carbon electricity to meet the heating and power needs of the building complexes.The paper discusses the key issues that need to be addressed in implementing these technological solutions and conducts case studies.
