摘 要:试验旨在研究菌酶协同发酵饲粮对泌乳奶牛营养物质表观消化率、产奶量、乳成分及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选择泌乳期奶牛160头,随机分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复8头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+10%菌酶协同发酵饲粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著增加(P<0.05);产奶量和饲料转化率显著提高(P<0.05),乳蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05),体细胞数量和菌落总数显著减少(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提升(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加10%菌酶协同发酵饲粮能够提高泌乳奶牛营养物质表观消化率、产奶量、奶品质及血清抗氧化能力。The experiment was to study the effects of bacterial enzyme cooperative fermented feed on the nutrient apparent digestibility,milk yield,milk composition,and antioxidant index of dairy cows.A total of 160 lactating cows were randomly divided into two groups,with 10 replicates per group and eight cows per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 10%bacterial enzyme cooperative fermented feed.The preliminary trial lasted for seven days,and the formal trial period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),milk yield and feed conversion rate were significantly increased(P<0.05),milk protein content was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of somatic cells and total bacterial count were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 10%bacterial enzyme cooperative fermented feed in the diet can improve the nutrient apparent digestibility,milk yield,milk quality,and serum antioxidant capacity in lactating cows.
