摘 要:试验旨在探究大口黑鲈苗种驯化摄食配合饲料后的日投喂频率对其生长性能、饲料利用、消化酶活性、肠道菌群的影响。试验选取4500尾初重为(0.65±0.01)g的大口黑鲈,随机分为5个投喂频率组(1~5餐/d),分别命名为F1组、F2组、F3组、F4组和F5组,每组3个重复,每个重复300尾。试验期30 d。结果显示,F1组试验鱼末重、特定生长率、日摄食率和肥满度均显著低于其他组(P<0.05),F3组、F4组成活率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。F1组鱼体水分含量高于其他组(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量低于其他组(P<0.05)。F1组肠道蛋白酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。F1组肠道气单胞菌属和不动杆菌属相对丰度显著高于其他组(P<0.05),而鲸杆菌属显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,以生长性能和成活率为指标,转食配合饲料后的大口黑鲈鱼苗适宜的日投喂频率为3~4餐/d。The study was to explore the effects of daily feeding frequency on the growth performance,feed utilization,digestive enzyme activity,and gut microbiota of large-mouth bass fry after domestication and feeding with a combination feed.The experiment selected 4500 large-mouth bass with an initial weight of(0.65±0.01)g,randomly divided into five feeding frequency groups(1 to 5 meals/day),named F1 group,F2 group,F3 group,F4 group,and F5 group,with three replicates per group and 300 fish per replicate.The trial period was 30 days.The results showed that the final weight,specific growth rate,daily feeding rate,and condition factor of the fish in F1 group were significantly lower than those in the other groups(P<0.05),while the survival rates in F3 group and F4 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The moisture content in the fish bodies of F1 group was increased(P<0.05),and the crude fat content was lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05).The intestinal protease activity in F1 group was significantly higher than in the other groups(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Aeromonas and Acinetobacter in the intestine of F1 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the relative abundance of Cetobacterium was significantly lower than in the other groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that based on growth performance and survival rate,the appropriate daily feeding frequency for largemouth bass fry fed with compound feed is 3~4 meals per day.
