摘 要:碳排放权交易已成为缓解全球气候变化的重要手段,也是各国碳减排政策的重要选择。针对煤炭行业碳排放量较高的现状,探讨了煤炭行业中碳排放权交易机制及其对减排效果的影响,分析了碳排放权交易在推动行业清洁、高效、可持续发展中的作用。碳排放权交易机制通过市场手段激励企业减排,促进低碳技术发展和应用,但也面临市场不健全、成本负担等挑战。通过构建3E模型分析了碳排放权交易机制对煤炭行业碳减排效果的影响,并提出完善碳排放权交易制度,加强监管和创新,推动煤炭行业低碳转型,实现经济、社会与环境的和谐发展的建议。同时,强调煤炭行业应加强国际合作与交流,共同应对全球气候变化,实现行业低碳转型。Carbon emissions trading has become an important means of mitigating global climate change and an important choice for carbon reduction policies of various countries.In response to the high carbon emissions in the coal industry,the carbon emission trading mechanism in the coal industry and its influence on emission reduction effect were discussed,and the role of carbon emission trading in promoting clean,efficient,and sustainable development of the coal industry was analyzed.The carbon emission trading mechanism incentivized enterprises to reduce carbon emission through market means,promoted the development and application of low-carbon technologies,but also faced challenges such as imperfect market and cost burden.On the basis,the influence of carbon emission trading mechanism on carbon emission reduction effect in coal industry was anlyzed through constructing 3E model,some suggestions were proposed including improving the carbon emission trading system,strengthening supervision and innovation,promoting the low-carbon transformation of the coal industry to achieve harmonious development of the economy,society,and environment.At the same time,it was emphasized that the coal industry should enhance international cooperation and exchange to jointly address global climate change and achieve low-carbon transformation.
