摘 要:为提升煤矿井下巡检效率,提出一种矿山多维可视化智能巡检虚实协同方法,基于煤矿地理信息系统图形处理平台构建全矿井多维可视化系统;构建巷道、设备的几何及属性模型,以及虚拟观察者与巷道、设备、管线之间的拓扑、顺序和度量空间关系,实时采集环境监测、综合自动化和智能化设备的监测监控信息;基于多维图形可视化系统,按配置路线远程动态巡检,依据虚拟观察者巡检空间位置和观察方向、空间关系和巡检逻辑,实时显示相关视频、环境监测、自动化和智能化设备监测监控数据。基于矿井空间对象、空间关系和巡检逻辑的自动巡检方法,达到巡检过程中真实视频、监测监控数据与虚拟场景的自动虚实协同和实时对应。该系统在国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司金凤煤矿的应用表明,智能巡检虚实协同技术可减轻安检员井下巡检工作量,提高巡检效率。To improve the efficiency of underground inspection in coal mines,a virtual-real cooperation technology of multi-dimensional visualization intelligent inspection was proposed,and a multi-dimensional visualization system was constructed based on the graphic processing platform of coal mine geographic information system.The geometric and attribute models of tunnels and equipment were constructed,as well as the topological,sequential,and metric spatial relationships between virtual observers and tunnels,equipment and pipelines,which could collect the monitoring information of environmental monitoring,integrated automation and intelligent equipment in real time.Based on the multi-dimensional graphic visualization system,remote dynamic inspection was carried out according to the configuration route,real-time display of relevant video,environmental monitoring,automation and intelligent equipment monitoring data could be achieved according to the virtual observer inspection space position and observation direction,spatial relationship and inspection logic.The automatic inspection method based on mine spatial objects,spatial relations and inspection logic had achieved automatic virtual-real coordination and real-time correspondence between real video,monitoring data and virtual scenes during the inspection process.The application of the system in Jinfeng Coal Mine of China Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.showed that the intelligent virtual-real cooperation technology could reduce the workload of underground inspection and improve the efficiency of inspection.
