摘 要:为实现煤矸石井下规模化充填处置,采集神东矿区煤矸石样品进行实验,选取浆液流动度、泌水率及流变参数作为煤矸石浆液充注性能评估指标,在对粉料浆液充注性能的研究基础上,掺入大颗粒煤矸石形成骨料浆液,进一步提高煤矸石充注量,降低破磨成本。选用正交实验和极差分析法对煤矸石骨料浆液进行研究,得到影响煤矸石浆液充注性能的主要因素。研究结果表明,煤矸石浆液中不含骨料时,流动度和泌水率均随煤矸石粒度的增大而增大,随浆液浓度的增大而减小,充注煤矿采空区时,可选用小于0.150、0.300 mm的煤矸石颗粒配制成浓度为45%~55%的浆液进行充注。煤矸石骨料浆液的充注性能主要受骨料粒径、粉料粒径、骨粉比和浆液浓度影响,4种因素对流动度的影响顺序为浆液浓度、骨粉比、骨料粒径、粉料粒径;对泌水率的影响顺序为浆液浓度、粉料粒径、骨粉比、骨料粒径。为降低煤矸石处置成本,可以选用2~5 mm的煤矸石骨粒和小于0.150 mm的煤矸石粉料以1∶6的比例混合,以55%的浆液浓度制成含骨料煤矸石浆液充填煤矿采空区。此外,通过工程试验证明了小于0.150 mm的煤矸石颗粒以45%、50%和55%的浓度配制成煤矸石浆液经管道输送后仍具有较好的流动性,可以满足煤矸石处置需求。In order to realize underground scale filling and disposal of coal gangue,coal gangue samples were collected from Shendong mining area for experiments.Taking slurry fluidity,water secretion rate and rheological parameters as the evaluation index of gangue slurry filling and grouting performance,the filling and grouting performance of powder slurry was studied.On the basis,large particles of gangue was mixed into the slurry to form aggregate slurry,further improving the filling capacity of the gangue and reducing the cost of gangue breaking and grinding.Selecting orthogonal experiments and polar analysis method to study the gangue aggregate slurry,the main factors affecting the gangue slurry filling and grouting performance were achieved.The research results showed that fluidity,water secretion rate of gangue slurry without aggregate were increased with the particle size of coal gangue,and decreased with the slurry concentration.When filling the coal mine goaf,coal gangue particles with particle sizes less than 0.150 mm and 0.300 mm could be selected to prepare a slurry with a concentration of 45%to 55%for filling.The filling performance of coal gangue aggregate slurry was mainly affected by aggregate particle size,powder particle size,aggregate to powder ratio,and slurry concentration.The order of the four factors affecting fluidity was slurry concentration,bone to powder ratio,aggregate particle size,and powder particle size,and the order of influence on the water secretion rate was slurry concentration,powder particle size,bone to powder ratio,and aggregate particle size.To reduce the cost of disposing of coal gangue,coal gangue aggregate particles with a size of 2-5 mm and coal gangue powder with a size less than 0.150 mm could be mixed in a ratio of 1∶6,and a coal gangue slurry containing aggregates could be made with a slurry concentration of 55%to fill the goaf.In addition,engineering experiments had shown that coal gangue particles with a particle size less than 0.150 mm were prepared into coal gangue sl
