摘　　要：加强和改进高校教师思想政治工作,打造高素质教师队伍,是构建高校教师思想政治工作体系的重要基础,也是办好人民满意大学的内在要求。提升新时代高校教师思想政治工作水平,必须强化党的领导,明确高质量发展目标,深刻领悟习近平总书记关于高校思想政治工作的重要论述,把马克思主义理论、理想信念、师德师风教育作为重要抓手,坚持以文化人,压实责任,建设高素质教师队伍,为立德树人提供坚强有力的保障。Enhancing the ideological and political work of teachers in universities and building a contingent of high-quality teachers is an important foundation for building an ideological and political work system for teachers in universities,and is also an inherent requirement for running a university that satisfies the people.To improve the level of ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the Communist Party of China,clarify the goal of high-quality development,deeply understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the ideological and political work of universities,and take Marxist theory,ideals and beliefs,and teacher ethics and teacher style education as an important starting point.Enhancing the ideological and political work of university teachers,and building a high-quality teaching team,is an important foundation for constructing the ideological and political work system of university teachers,and also an inherent requirement for running a satisfactory university for the people.To enhance the ideological and political work level of university teachers in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the Communist Party of China,clarify the goal of high-quality development,deeply understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the ideological and political work of universities,taking Marxist theory,ideals and beliefs,and teacher ethics and style education as important starting points,adhere to the cultivation of talents through culture,fulfill our responsibilities,build a highquality and professional teaching team,and provide strong and effective guarantees for cultivating morality and nurturing talents.
