摘　　要：本文旨在探讨一种基于供需导向的工业邻里中心规划方法,以期实现工业园区内的公共服务优化配置和园区可持续发展。本文首先分析了传统工业邻里中心规划存在的问题,然后提出了基于供需平衡理论的工业邻里中心规划布局方法,形成了明导向、定总量、理布局的规划框架,并通过吴江经济技术开发区作为案例进行方法实践,为开发区的工业邻里中心的规划提供了新的思路和实践指导。This paper aims to explore a demand-supply oriented planning method for industrial neighborhood centers,with the goal of achieving optimized allocation of public services and sustainable development within industrial parks.The paper first analyzes the problems existing in traditional industrial neighborhood center planning,then proposes a planning layout method for industrial neighborhood centers based on the theory of supply and demand balance.This forms a planning framework that clarifies orientation,determines total volume,and rationalizes layout.The method is practiced using Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone as a case study,providing new ideas and practical guidance for the planning of industrial neighborhood centers in the development zone.
