摘 要:本文以某大型城市广场项目为例,深入研究了建筑工程质量控制与管理方法。该项目总建筑面积达371900平方米,结构复杂,施工难度大。研究首先构建了基于BIM技术的建筑工程质量管理评价体系,并阐述了其全面性、科学性、层次性和普适性原则。其次,运用价值工程方法对项目前期方案进行优选,并通过层次分析法(AHP)对最优方案实施过程中的关键影响因素进行分析,量化评估了“人、机、料、法、环”五大因素对施工质量的影响程度,最终提出了一套切实可行的质量控制策略,有效保障了该广场项目的顺利实施和高质量完成。研究结果为类似大型复杂项目的质量管理提供了宝贵的经验和参考。This article takes a large urban square project as an example to deeply study the quality control and management methods of construction engineering.The total construction area of the project is 371900 square meters,with a complex structure and high construction difficulty.The study first established a quality management evaluation system for construction projects based on BIM technology,and elaborated on its principles of comprehensiveness,scientificity,hierarchy and universality.Secondly,the value engineering method was applied to optimize the preliminary plan of the project,and the key influencing factors in the implementation process of the optimal plan were analyzed through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The impact of the five factors of"people,machines,materials,methods,and environment"on the construction quality was quantitatively evaluated.Finally,a practical and feasible quality control strategy was proposed,which effectively ensured the smooth implementation and high-quality completion of the square project.The research results provide valuable experience and reference for quality management of similar large-scale complex projects.
