摘 要:丽水机场位于丽水市西南部约15公里的低山丘陵和山麓沟谷区,毗邻当地特色梯田,是华东地区第一高边坡机场,该项目是一个大型削峰填谷的复杂高填方机场工程。工程进近灯光系统结合贵阳龙洞堡机场等多个中西部机场实地考察并结合本工程地质特点,将初步设计阶段的助航灯光独立铁塔方案改为钢架栈桥,解决了原独立铁塔无法满足灯光带横跨道路、河道、厂区厂房等特殊自然环境的先天缺陷,以及日常维护成本高,高空作业安全风险较大,应急抢修时间长等后续运维问题。通过设计方案优化,用钢量减少了50%,钢筋混凝土用量减少了84%,工程建安费支出整体减少了58%,减少碳排放6500吨,取得了非常好的经济及社会效益。Lishui Airport is located in the low hills and foothills valley area about 15 kilometers southwest of Lishui City,adjacent to local characteristic terraced fields.It is the highest slope airport in East China.This project is a large-scale complex high fill airport project that involves peak shaving and valley filling.The engineering approach lighting system,combined with on-site inspections of multiple airports in central and western China such as Guiyang Longdongbao Airport,and taking into account the geological characteristics of this project,has changed the preliminary design stage of the independent tower scheme for navigation lighting to a steel frame wharf,solving the inherent defects of the original independent tower that cannot meet the special natural environment of lighting strips crossing roads,rivers,factory buildings,etc.,as well as the subsequent operation and maintenance problems such as high daily maintenance costs,high safety risks in high-altitude operations,and long emergency repair time.Through design optimization,the amount of steel used has been reduced by 50%,the amount of reinforced concrete has been reduced by 84%,the overall expenditure on construction and installation has been reduced by 58%,and carbon emissions have been reduced by 6500 tons,achieving very good economic and social benefits.
