摘 要:为了研究不同煤层开采间巷道底鼓的变形破坏机理,以肖家洼矿221303材料顺槽为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测协同的手段,利用FLAC3D对该巷在多采空区下底板偏应力云图、位移及应力张量分布特征进行对比,结果表明:上层煤层120801工作面与邻近221301工作面采空后叠加的采动应力使221303材料顺槽周围的最大偏应力为11.2MPa,最大主应力比值为4,处于高偏差应力带内,为该顺槽煤壁片帮,底鼓剧烈提供了必要的应力环境。120803工作面回采过程中引起偏应力重分布,沿采空区遗留煤柱转移至顺槽,导致掘进过程中底鼓剧烈。In order to study the deformation characteristics and failure mechanism of roadway floor bulge between different coal seams,taking Xiaojiawa Mine 221303 material trough as the engineering background,FLAC3D was used to compare the distribution characteristics of the deviated stress cloud map,displacement and stress tensor of the floor of the roadway under multi-goaf area by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement.The results show that:The mining dynamic stress superimposed after the mining of the upper coal seam 120801 face and the adjacent 221301 face makes the maximum deviated stress around the groove of the 221303 material 11.2MPa and the maximum principal stress ratio 4,which is in the high deviated stress zone,providing the necessary stress environment for the coal wall and floor bulge of the groove.During the mining process of the working face 120803,the bias stress is redistributed,and the coal pillar along the goaf is transferred to the trough,resulting in severe floor heave during the mining process.
