摘 要:本文研究的官地选煤厂是以生产高炉喷吹煤和动力煤为主的大型矿井型选煤厂,根据矿井原煤资料及产品结构要求,对适用于选煤厂多种产品结构的工艺进行了研究。从分析产品结构为出发点,以原煤资料为基础,以经济运行效益为目标,通过原煤资料分析、产品结构计算、产品经济效益分析最终确定了选煤厂分选工艺。The Guandi coal preparation plant studied in this paper is a large mine-type coal preparation plant that mainly produces blast furnace blow-blown coal and thermal coal.According to the raw coal data and product structure requirements of the mine,the processes applicable to various product structures of the coal preparation plant are studied.Starting from the analysis of product structure,based on raw coal data,and aiming at economic operating efficiency,the sorting process of coal preparation plant is finally determined through raw coal data analysis,product structure calculation,and product economic benefit analysis.
