摘  要:针对登茂通煤业3107孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩控制较为困难等问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟、井下试验等手段。揭示了小煤柱双巷及沿空留巷的围岩应力分布特征,巷道帮部应力呈现非对称形态,偏应力高值区集中于巷道帮部,因此重点在于帮部支护及支护体稳定性;确定了巷道的各项支护参数,采用锚网索锚杆联合支护,并采用单体柱进行超前支护;通过井下3107工作面试验,得到进风巷变形量稳定在378~569 mm,辅助进风巷和回风巷变形量稳定在152~298 mm,变形量满足安全生产需求,取得了良好的控制效果。In response to the difficulties in controlling the surrounding rock of the mining roadway in the 3107 isolated island working face of Dengmaotong Coal Industry,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,underground testing and other methods were adopted.The stress distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the small coal pillar double roadway and the goaf retaining roadway were revealed.The stress on the roadway side showed an asymmetric shape,and the high value area of deviatoric stress was concentrated in the roadway side.Therefore,the focus was on the support of the side and the stability of the support body;The various support parameters of the tunnel have been determined,and a combination of anchor mesh,cable,and anchor rod support has been adopted,with individual columns used for advanced support;Through the test of the 3107 working face underground,it was found that the deformation of the inlet airway remained stable at 378-569 mm,while the deformation of the auxiliary inlet and return airway remained stable at 152-298 mm.The deformation met the requirements of safety production and achieved good control effects.
