摘　　要：矿山储量年度报告是矿山储量动态管理成果的重要载体,在掌握矿产资源家底,促进矿产资源合理利用与保护方面发挥了不可替代的作用。伴随着矿产资源管理机构和管理制度的演变与改革,矿山储量年度报告制度逐步完善。在梳理沿革历程的基础上,分析了矿山储量年度报告的主要内容、与其他工作的衔接关系,总结了实践成效以及存在的问题,主要有制度建设滞后、先进技术应用不足、信息化建设滞后等。为了解决这些问题,提出了健全完善管理制度、制定系统性的管理文件和标准规范、强化矿山储量数据的对比校验手段、加快智能矿山和三维数字矿山建设等政策建议。Annual report of mines mineral resources and reserves is an important carrier of dynamic supervision of mine reserves,and it plays an irreplaceable role in mastering the national total number of mineral resource and promotes the rational use and protection of mineral resources.With the evolution and reform of mineral resources management institutions and management systems,annual report of mines mineral resources and reserves has been gradually improved.On the basis of sorting out the history,this paper analyzes the main contents of the annual report of mine reserves and reserves,the connection relationship with other work,and summarizes the practical results and existing problems.The paper also puts forward policy suggestions,including improving the management system,formulating systematic management documents and standards,enhancing the means of comparison and verification of mine reserves data,and accelerating the construction of intelligent mines and threedimensional digital mines.
