摘　　要：我国在大力发展社会经济的同时,也给环境造成了一定污染和破坏。其中,煤矿行业生产经营过程中,为了更好满足现代社会生产生活对煤矿资源的大量需求,不断开展各类煤矿开采工程活动,引发一系列环境和生态问题,在很大程度上制约着产业结构升级发展。对此,应当推动煤矿机械绿色化,逐步完善制造技术,使得煤矿机械可以在各类环境中高效作业,最大程度上减少机械运行造成的环境污染、能源消耗问题。鉴于此,文章在明确煤矿机械绿色设计与制造技术内涵基础上,分析了煤矿机械的绿色设计、煤矿机械产品的制造技术,并结合具体案例进行了探讨。While China is vigorously developing its social economy,it has also caused certain pollution and damage to the environment.In the production and operation process of the coal industry,in order to better meet the massive demand for coal resources in the production and life of modern society,various coal mining engineering activities have been carried out continuously,causing a series of environmental and ecological problems,which to a large extent restricts the upgrading and development of the industrial structure.In this regard,we should promote the greening of coal mining machinery,gradually improve manufacturing technology,so that coal mining machinery can operate efficiently in various environments,and minimize environmental pollution and energy consumption caused by machinery operation.In view of this,based on clarifying the connotation of green design and manufacturing technology for coal mining machinery,this article analyzes the green design of coal mining machinery and the manufacturing technology of coal mining machinery products,and discusses them with specific cases.
