摘 要:针对近年来中薄煤层高产高效开采的快速发展现状,总结了在中厚偏薄硬质煤层、复杂工况较薄煤层和0.9 m采高极薄煤层开采中应用的几款典型采煤机特点;分析了在中薄煤层采煤机中推广应用的摇臂硬岩截割、高可靠牵引行走和高效智能控制等关键技术;展望了中薄煤层采煤机的技术发展方向;对煤矿井下工作面采煤机设备选型和采煤机技术研发方向提供一定的参考。In view of the rapid development of high-yield and high-efficiency coal mining in mediumthick and thin coal seams in recent years,summarized the characteristics of several typical shearers used in thick and thin hard coal seams,complex working conditions in thin coal seams,and extremely thin coal seams with a mining height of 0.9 m;analyzed the key technologies of rocker arm hard rock cutting,high reliability traction and efficient intelligent control,which are widely used in medium and thin seam shearer;prospected the technical development direction of medium and thin seam shearer;some references are provided for the selection of shearer equipment and the direction of technological research and development of shearer.
