摘 要:针对原Micromine块体模型在Surpac软件中不通用的情况,在保留了原数据不变的前提下进行了Surpac软件格式的转换分析,达到数据完整一致的目的;合理分析矿体赋存条件等因素,确定最优露天境界;并建立具有指导生产的露天境界块体模型,精确管理矿山资源并提高资源开采利用率;在Surpac软件中进行露天爆破设计,优化采矿工艺流程。在实际生产作业中,应用于Surpac软件的设计,减少了生产中的无效作业,经济效益显著提高,并在全局掌控资源、提高资源利用率方面取得显著成果。In view of the fact that the original Micromine block model is not universal in Surpac,the Surpac format conversion analysis is carried out while retaining the original data unchanged,so as to achieve the purpose of complete and consistent data;rationally analyze factors such as ore body occurrence conditions to determine the optimal open-pit boundary;and establish an open-pit boundary block model with production guidance to accurately manage mining resources and improve resource mining utilization;and perform open-pit blasting design in Surpac software to optimize mining process flow.In actual production operations,the design applied to Surpac software has reduced ineffective operations in production,significantly improved economic benefits,and achieved remarkable results in overall control of resources and improvement of resource utilization.
