摘 要:为实现深部矿井开采强矿压的高效治理,本文提出首先在煤层覆岩顶板布置“U”型巷道,然后对“U”型巷道中间的岩层进行集中爆破卸压的强矿压治理方案。以西北矿区某深部强矿压矿井为研究背景,在两种岩性的坚硬顶板中,各设计了两种不同埋深的“U”型巷道布置方案,分别是埋深-800 m、-825 m和埋深-850 m、-875 m。研究结果表明,采用“U”型巷道岩层爆破后,煤层采动过程中的采场应力、位移均有所减小。而“U”型巷道爆破卸压效果不仅与相对层间距有关,还与“U”型巷道所在岩层的岩性有关。在岩层岩性相同的情况下,“U”型巷道与下煤层的相对层间距越小,采场爆破卸压效果越好。To effectively reduce the strong mining pressure in deep coal mine excavation,it is proposed in this study to drive a U-shaped roadway in the overlying strata of the coal seam,and effectively release the strong mine pressure through rock blasting.Based on the case of a deep coal mine located in the northwest,two different U-shaped roadway layout schemes are designed for hard rock,the burial depth is−800 m,−825 m and−850 m,−875 m,respectively.The results indicate that blasting in the U-shaped roadway significantly reduces stress and displacement in the working face during the coal mining process.It is shown that the effectiveness of the blasting for pressure relief in the U-shaped roadway is influenced by both relative layer spacing and mechanical behavior of the overlying strata.For the blasted rock strata with similar rock properties,a lower relative spacing between the U-shaped roadway and the coal seam can result in more effective pressure relief.
