摘 要:为了得到巷道水幕帘降尘最佳技术参数,通过设计喷嘴雾化特性及巷道水幕帘降尘实验模型,分析了不同喷嘴雾化特性及联合不同规格隔尘纱网的水幕帘对巷道通风阻力及降尘效果的影响。结果表明:干雾喷嘴和气水喷嘴的最佳气水流量比分别为960和1 200,水流量一定情况时,干雾喷嘴水幕帘降尘效果优于气水喷嘴;水幕帘网孔面积越小,通风阻力越大,降尘效率越高;水幕帘通风阻力随巷道风速呈线性增大,降尘效率随风速先增大后减小;综合水幕帘用水量、通风阻力及降尘效率三方面因素,最优方案为采用干雾喷嘴及3 mm网格的水幕帘。通过现场验证,研究结果可为现场水幕帘参数的选取提供理论依据。In order to obtain the optimal technical parameters for dust reduction in roadways with water curtains,experimental models are designed for nozzle atomization and roadway water curtain dust reduction.The effects of different nozzle atomization characteristics and water curtains combined with different specifications of dust screens on ventilation resistance and dust reduction efficiency in roadways are analyzed.The results show that the optimal air-water flow rates for dry mist nozzles and air-water nozzles are 960 and 1200.When the water flow rate is constant,the dust reduction effect of the water curtain of the dry mist nozzle is better than that of the air-water nozzle.The smaller the area of the water curtain mesh,the greater the ventilation resistance and the higher the dust reduction efficiency.The ventilation resistance of the water curtain increases linearly with the roadway wind speed,and the dust reduction efficiency first increases and then decreases with the wind speed.Taking into account three factors,water consumption,ventilation resistance,and dust reduction efficiency,the optimal solution is to use a dry mist nozzle and a 3 mm mesh water curtain.Through on-site verification,the research results can provide a basis for the selection of on-site water curtain parameters.
