摘　　要：为探索苔藓植物组织培养技术,以滇中高原石漠化区优势苔藓大灰藓(Calohypnum plumiforme)、小石藓(Weissia controversa)和蕊形真藓(Bryum coronatum)为研究对象,研究培养基类型、消毒方式、不同激素浓度等对苔藓植物生长的影响。结果表明,短期繁殖苔藓可将消毒的原位土壤淋溶液作为培养基,且外植体在接种前不消毒,向培养基中添加6-BA 0~0.8 mg/L,但不同苔藓植物最适培养条件有差异。大灰藓较适宜的培养条件:以原位土壤淋溶液为培养基,不消毒外植体,添加6-BA 0.5 mg/L。小石藓较适宜的培养条件:以原位土壤淋溶液为培养基,不消毒外植体,添加6-BA 0.5~0.8 mg/L(或不添加激素)。蕊形真藓较适宜的培养条件:以KNOP为培养基,不消毒外植体,添加6-BA 0.2 mg/L。In order explore the tissue culture technology of bryophyte,this paper selected the dominant bryophyte species(Calohypnum plumiforme,Weissia controversa and Bryum coronatum)in rocky desertification area of the central Yunnan Plateau as the research objects,studied the effects of medium type,disinfection method,and different hormone concentrations on bryophyte growth.The results showed that short-term propagation of bryophyte could use disinfected in situ leaching solution as the culture medium,explant wasn't disinfected before inoculation,and 6-BA 0-0.8 mg/L was added to the culture medium,but the optimal culture condition for different bryophytes varied.The suitable culture conditions for Calohypnum plumiforme were as followed:in situ soil leaching solution was used as the culture medium,explant wasn't disinfected,6-BA 0.5 mg/L was added.The suitable culture conditions for Weissia controversa were as followed:in situ soil leaching solution was used as the culture medium,explant wasn't disinfected,6-BA 0.5-0.8 mg/L was added(or hormone wasn't added).The suitable culture conditions for Bryum coronatum were as followed:KNOP was used as the culture medium,explant wasn't disinfected,6-BA 0.2 mg/L was added.
