摘　　要：从产品的3D结构特点,透明PS材质的特性开始分析,针对该产品的具体情况,模具设计采用了分体式动、定模镶件的分型形式,型腔数量采用一模一腔的模具结构,并结合推板推出产品。介绍了该模具在钢材选择要求、浇注系统考虑因素、分型面的设计细节、排气要求、冷却系统的设计原则、顶出机构的布局、导向机构的处理、自动化生产的配置等方面的模具设计要点和指导原则。经实际验证,该模具结构合理,生产稳定,对后续同类型产品的模具制造具有很好借鉴的意义。Starting with the explanation of 3D structural of the part and the characteristics of clear PS material,according to the specific situation,the mold was finally designed with one cavity mold,adopted the insert structure for core and cavity,and combined with a stripper plate for ejecting the part.The paper points out the key thinking points as in the selection of mold steel,the consideration for running system,the details of parting surface design,the setting requirements of venting system,the design principles of cooling system,the layout of ejector mechanism,the treatment of guiding mechanism,and the configuration of automatic production in the mold design for this part,which provides a good reference for the production of the similar type of products.
