摘  要:针对国内型材挤出辅机能耗高,人工控制手段繁琐且危险,噪音大,控制精度低等问题,开展了真空泵PID变频节能控制的设计创新;定型台水气分离装置创新;无尘切割装置创新;牵引切割机安全保护创新;牵引切割机精确切割的创新,最终成功使得本高精度控制的节能型材挤出辅机实现挤出下游设备真空负压稳定性达到±3%;模具安装座平整度达到±1mm;冷却水水压达到0.3MPa;定型台前后移动误差达到±2mm;切割机切割精度达到6,000±1mm;牵引速度瞬时变化率在±1%以内;节能率≥30%等高标准,达到国外领先的同类产品水准,取得市场的认可。This article focuses on the design innovation of vacuum pump PID variable frequency energy-saving control for domestic profile extrusion auxiliary machines,which have high energy consumption,cumbersome and dangerous manual control methods,high noise,and low control accuracy.Innovation in the water and gas separation device of the fixed platform.Innovation of dust-free cutting device.Innovative safety protection for traction cutting machines.The innovation of precise cutting by traction cutting machine ultimately succeeded in achieving a vacuum negative pressure stability of±3%for the downstream equipment of this high-precision controlled energy-saving profile extrusion auxiliary machine.The flatness of the mold installation seat reaches±1mm.The cooling water pressure reaches 0.3MPa.The front and back movement error of the shaping table reaches±2mm.The cutting accuracy of the cutting machine reaches 6,000±1mm.The instantaneous change rate of traction speed is within±1%.High standards such as energy-saving rate≥30%,reaching the leading level of similar products abroad,and gaining huge market recognition.
