摘  要:实验采用雷尼绍XL-80激光干涉仪检测各线性轴精度及反向间隙,对各轴丝杆螺距误差及反向间隙进行补偿,保证各轴定位精度和重复定位精度,通过雷尼绍激光干涉仪对沈阳机床VMU635轴立式加工中心丝杆螺距误差检测与补偿实验,机床线性轴定位精度提高显著,这对该型号机床后续零件加工精度控制方面提供有力保障,研究结论对该设备在机床加工精度调试领域中的应用具有一定的参考价值。The experiment adopts Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer to detect the linear axis accuracy and reverse clearance,and compensates the screw pitch error and reverse clearance of each axis to ensure the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of each axis.The screw pitch error detection and compensation experiment of Shenyang Machine tool VMU63 five-axis vertical machining center is carried out by Renishaw laser interferometer.The linear axis positioning accuracy of the machine is improved significantly,which provides a favorable guarantee for the machining accuracy control of the subsequent parts of the machine tool.The research conclusion has a certain reference value for the application of the equipment in the field of machine tool machining accuracy debugging.
