摘 要:计算机仿真技术的发展为机械设计制造领域带来了新的机遇。系统探讨了该技术在机械设计和制造中的应用,重点阐述了结构设计仿真、性能仿真、加工过程仿真和装配过程仿真的原理和实施流程。通过以齿轮泵设计制造为例的实证研究,对比分析了传统方法和基于计算机仿真技术的方法在设计效率、制造成本和产品性能等方面的差异。结果表明,计算机仿真技术在机械工程领域具有广阔的应用前景。The development of computer simulation technology has brought new opportunities to the field of mechanical design and manufacturing.It systematically explores the application of this technology in mechanical design and manufacturing,focusing on the principles and implementation processes of structural design simulation,performance simulation,machining process simulation,and assembly process simulation.Through empirical research using gear pump design and manufacturing as an example,the differences in design efficiency,manufacturing cost,and product performance between traditional methods and methods based on computer simulation technology were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that computer simulation technology has broad application prospects in the field of mechanical engineering.
