摘  要:随着塑料制品在多个领域被广泛应用,注塑模具设计、制造技术也在不断发展。单腔斜顶双滑块抽芯结构在复杂塑料制品成型中有着重要作用。基于此,对单腔斜顶双滑块抽芯成型工艺进行详细分析,并对相应的注塑模具设计进行深入研究,旨在为提高注塑制品的质量和生产效率提供理论支持和实践指导。With the widespread application of plastic products in multiple fields,injection mold design and manufacturing technology are also constantly developing.The single cavity inclined top double slider core pulling structure plays an important role in the molding of complex plastic products.Based on this,this article provides a detailed analysis of the single cavity inclined top double slider core pulling molding process,and conducts in-depth research on the corresponding injection mold design,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality and production efficiency of injection molded products.
