摘 要:探讨了成形网在液压过滤材料应用中对过滤性能稳定性的影响,通过理论分析与实验验证,分析了成形网的孔径分布、材质特性及其制备工艺如何影响液压过滤材料的过滤效率、压力损失及使用寿命。研究结果表明,成形网的合理选择与应用对提升液压过滤材料的性能稳定性具有显著作用。此研究结果不仅为液压过滤材料的设计与开发提供了理论依据,也为相关行业的技术升级提供了实践指导。The aims is to explore the influence of forming mesh on the stability of filtration performance in hydraulic filtration materials.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,then deeply analyzes how the pore size distribution,material characteristics,and preparation process of forming mesh affect the filtration efficiency,pressure loss,and service life of hydraulic filtration materials.The research results indicate that the reasonable selection and application of forming mesh have a significant effect on improving the performance stability of hydraulic filter materials.The research results not only provides theoretical basis for the design and development of hydraulic filter materials,but also provides practical guidance for the technological upgrading of related industries.
