摘  要:针对双进双出钢球磨煤机的爆燃问题,研究了利用CO在线检测装置进行预警和控制的策略。为验证CO在线检测装置的效果,文章设计了试验,考察了不同工况下CO浓度与爆燃关系,结果表明CO在线检测可有效预测爆燃风险。最后,分析了CO在线检测装置的优势和局限性,提出在解决磨煤机爆燃问题时的应用策略,包括合理设置报警值、定期维护、综合监测等,以提高装置的使用效果。In view of the deflagration problem of double incoming and double outgoing steel ball coal mill,studies the strategy of using CO online detection device for early warning and control.In order to verify the effect of CO online detection device,the paper designs the test and examines the relationship between CO concentration and deflagration under different working conditions.The results show that CO online detection can effectively predict the deflagration risk.Finally,this paper analyzes the advantages and limitations of CO online detection device,and puts forward the application strategy in solving the deflagration problem of coal mill,including reasonable setting of alarm value,regular maintenance,comprehensive monitoring,etc.,in order to improve the use effect of the device.
