摘  要:随着风电产业的迅速发展,风电塔筒质量重要性越发凸显。将超声波检测技术应用到风电塔筒焊缝探伤中,可以更好地提升检测效率和准确性,提高风电塔筒施工质量。为此,聚焦于新型TOFD超声波检测技术,结合试验验证TOFD在风电塔筒焊缝检测中的安全可靠性,根据试验结果,讨论此种超声波检测技术的具体应用,以期为业内人士提供技术参考。With the rapid development of wind power industry,the importance of wind power tower tube quality is becoming more and more prominent.The application of ultrasonic detection technology to the weld detection of wind power tower cylinder can better improve the detection efficiency and accuracy,and improve the construction quality of wind power tower cylinder.To this end,the research focuses on the new TOFD ultrasonic detection technology,combined with the test to verify the safety and reliability of TOFD method in the wind power tower cylinder weld test,according to the test results,discusses the specific application of this ultrasonic detection technology,in order to provide technical reference for the industry.
