摘 要:目的探讨基于人工智能压力性损伤图片分析系统的精细干预在神经内科重症患者中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月神经内科收治的重症患者120例,随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60)采用基于人工智能压力性损伤图片分析系统的精细干预,对照组(n=60)采用常规护理,比较2组患者护理效果。结果研究组压力性损伤发生率为6.67%(4/60)低于对照组12.67%(13/60)(P<0.05),研究组HAMA量表评分和HAMD量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组压力性损伤相关知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人工智能压力性损伤图片分析系统的精细干预在神经内科重症患者中的应用效果显著,可显著减少患者压力性损伤发生率,改善患者负性情绪,提升护理人员压力性损伤相关知识掌握情况。Objective To explore the application of fine intervention based on artificial intelligence stress injury imaging analysis system to critically ill patients in the neurology department.Methods A total of 120 critically ill patients admitted to the neurology department from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly assigned into the study group(n=60,fine intervention based on artificial intelligence stress injury imaging analysis system)and the control group(n=60,conventional nursing care).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.67%[4/60]vs 12.67%[13/60],P<0.05).The scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the study group scored significantly higher than those of the control group in mastering the knowledge about pressure ulcers after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The fine intervention based on artificial intelligence stress injury imaging analysis system has a significant effect on critically ill patients the in neurology department,which can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,improve negative emotions,and enhance the nurses’knowledge of pressure ulcers.
