摘　　要：目的 探讨艾司西酞普兰联合结构式家庭治疗对青少年抑郁患者自杀意念、睡眠障碍及家庭功能的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至2023年6月吉安市第三人民医院收治的96例青少年抑郁患者作为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为对照组(48例)和研究组(48例)。对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,在此基础上研究组联合结构式家庭治疗。比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)量表评分、自杀态度(QSA)量表评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及家庭功能评定(FAD)量表评分。结果 两组治疗后HAMD评分、QSA评分、PSQI评分及FAD评分均低于治疗前,且研究组HAMD评分、QSA评分、PSQI评分及FAD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 艾司西酞普兰联合结构式家庭治疗是青少年抑郁症有效的干预手段,能减轻患者的抑郁程度及自杀意念,改善其睡眠状况、家庭功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Escitalopram combined with structured family therapy on suicidal ideation,sleep disorder and family function in adolescents with depression.Methods A total of 96 adolescents with depres-sion admitted to Ji'an Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,all of which met the inclusion criteria.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases).The control group was treated with Escitalopram,on the basis of which the study group combined with structured family therapy.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,suicide ttitude scale(QSA)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and family function rating scale(FAD)score were compared before and after treatment.Results The scores of HAMD,QSA,PSQI and FAD in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of HAMD,QSA,PSQI and FAD in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with structured family therapy is an effective intervention for adolescent de-pression,which can reduce the degree of depression and suicidal ideation,improve sleep status and family function.
