摘　　要：目前国内对胴尹(慢性胃炎)这一疾病的壮西医结合诊疗及管理缺乏共识,为制定胴尹壮西医诊疗方案,广西中医药大学壮医毒病临床医学研究与应用创新团队和广西壮医毒病研究多学科交叉创新团队根据近年来国内发布的慢性胃炎指南和胴尹的壮医临床诊疗经验,起草了《胴尹壮西医诊疗方案(2023年)》。之后邀请全国多位壮医学带头人、壮医科、脾胃科专家共同基于临床经验、研究证据、护理措施等因素,综合评估修订得到《胴尹壮西医诊疗方案专家共识(2024)》,为更多胴尹患者在诊疗进程中受益。At present,there is a lack of consensus on the combined diagnosis and management of DongYin(Chronic gastri-tis)in China.In order to formulate the Zhuang and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment programme for DongYin,the Innovative Team for Clinical Medical Research and Application of Zhuang Medicine Toxic Diseases and the Innovative Team for Multi-disciplinary Cross-disciplinary Research on Zhuang Medicine Toxic Diseases drafted the DongYin Zhuang and Western Medicine Treatment Programme(2023)on the basis of the guidelines on chronic gastritis issued in China in recent years and the Zhuang medicine clinical diagnostic and treatment experience of DongYin.After that,we invited a number of Zhuang medicine leaders,experts in Zhuang medicine,spleen and gastroenterology across the country to work together based on clinical experience,research evidence,care measures and other factors,and comprehensively assessed and revised to ob-tain the Expert Consensus on the Zhuang and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Programme of DongYin(2024),so as to benefit more patients with DongYin in the process of diagnosis and treatment.
