益肾调经汤联合耳穴压豆对月经过少患者月经量及子宫动脉血流参数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾调经汤联合耳穴压豆对月经过少患者月经量及子宫动脉血流参数的影响。方法选取2021年12月至2023年6月新余市中医院收治的98例月经过少患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各49例。两组均予西医常规治疗,对照组同时采用耳穴压豆治疗,观察组在对照组方法的基础上予益肾调经汤治疗,比较两组的疗效、月经量、中医证候积分、子宫动脉血流参数。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率、月经量评分和收缩期/舒张期流速比(S/D)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的月经量少、腰骶酸痛、经行腹痛、经色暗淡评分、动脉搏动指数(PI)和血管阻力指数(RI)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾调经汤、耳穴压豆联合治疗月经过少疗效确切,能改善子宫动脉血流参数,增加月经量,减少临床不适症状。Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Tiaojing Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressure on menstrual volume and uterine artery blood flow parameters in patients with oligomenorrhea.Methods A total of 98 patients with oligomenorrhea admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,the control group was also treated with auricular acupoint pressure,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Tiaojing Decoc-tion on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,menstrual volume,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and uterine artery blood flow parameters were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,menstrual volume score and systolic to diastolic velocity ratio(S/D)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume,lum-bosacral pain,abdominal pain,dark color score,arterial pulsatility index(PI)and vascular resistance index(RI)of the ob-servation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Tiaojing Decoction combined with au-ricular acupoint pressure can improve uterine artery blood flow parameters,increase menstrual volume and reduce clinical discomfort.
