热奄包联合半夏泻心汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨热奄包联合半夏泻心汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)者的临床价值。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月赣南医科大学第一附属医院收治的68例DGP患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例)。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组加用热奄包联合半夏泻心汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃动力学、实验室指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的中医证候积分及血清生长抑素、胃动素、瘦素、血糖水平均低于对照组,胃排空时间短于对照组,胃收缩频率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热奄包联合半夏泻心汤治疗DGP患者效果理想,利于改善胃肠动力、胃肠激素水平,控制血糖水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of Reyanbao combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction in patients with diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods A total of 68 patients with DGP admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Med-ical University from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Mosapride,and the observation group was also treated with Reyanbao combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,gastric motility,labora-tory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum somatostatin,motilin,leptin and blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the gastric emptying time was shorter than that of the control group,and the frequency of gastric contraction was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Reyanbao combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with DGP,which is conducive to improving gastrointestinal motility,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and controlling blood glucose lev-els,and has high clinical application value.
