中西医结合护理在小儿尿道下裂术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿尿道下裂术后护理过程中应用西医护理、中西医结合护理的临床价值。方法选取2023年10月至2024年3月厦门市妇幼保健院210例小儿尿道下裂术后患儿作为研究对象,采用病区差异分组方法将其分为对照组(n=102)与观察组(n=108)。对照组采用常规护理(西医护理),观察组采用中西医结合护理。比较两组患儿的治疗依从性、术后恢复一般情况、家属照护能力、家属护理满意度指标。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后发热消退时间、术后尿管拔除时间、术后下地活动时间、术后排尿功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属照护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理满意度评价分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿尿道下裂术后护理过程中应用中西医结合护理更有助于调动患儿治疗积极性,促进术后恢复,增强家属照护能力,且家属对此项护理模式有较高的评价度,建议在小儿尿道下裂术后应用中西医结合护理模式。Objective To explore the clinical value of western medicine nursing and integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in the postoperative nursing of children with hypospadias.Methods A total of 210 cases of children with hypospadias after surgery in Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=102)and observation group(n=108)by using the method of differential grouping of disease areas.The control group received conventional nursing(western medicine nursing),and the observation group received Chinese and western medicine nursing.The indexes of treatment compliance,postoperative re-covery,family nursing ability and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever resolution time,urinary tube removal time,postoperative activity time,postoperative urination function re-covery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of family care ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction evaluation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in the postoperative nursing of children with hypospadias is more helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm of children's treatment,promote postoperative recovery,and enhance the ability of family care,and family members have a high evaluation of this nursing mode,it is recommended to apply the integrated Chi-nese and western medicine nursing mode in the postoperative nursing of children with hypospadias.
