摘　　要：目的探讨利福平联合红外线照射在治疗妇产科腹部手术切口愈合不良中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月赣州市人民医院和赣州市第五人民医院收治的100例妇产科手术后腹部切口愈合不良患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例),对照组采用红外线照射治疗,观察组采用红外线照射联合利福平治疗。比较两组的切口愈合情况、住院及切口愈合时间、换药次数、切口疼痛程度、满意度。结果观察组治疗后的切口愈合等级高于对照组,住院及切口愈合时间短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用利福平联合红外线照射治疗可提高妇产科腹部手术切口愈合不良患者切口愈合效果,且换药次数少、切口疼痛轻、住院及切口愈合时间短,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of Rifampicin combined with infrared radiation in the treatment of poor healing of abdominal surgical incisions in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 100 patients with poor healing of abdominal incisions after gynecological surgery admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital and the Fifth People's Hospital of Ganzhou City from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received in-frared radiation treatment,while the observation group received infrared radiation combined with Rifampicin treatment.The wound healing status,hospitalization and wound healing time,number of dressing changes,degree of incision pain,and sat-isfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization and wound healing time were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Rifampicin combined with infrared radiation therapy can improve the wound healing effect in patients with poor wound healing during abdominal surgery in ob-stetrics and gynecology,with fewer dressing changes,less incision pain,shorter hospitalization and wound healing time,and improved patient satisfaction.
