肘部重力按摩法在梨状肌综合征患者中的应用效果及对髋关节运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究肘部重力按摩法在梨状肌综合征患者中的应用效果及对髋关节运动功能的影响。方法选取2023年8月至2024年1月长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院收治的80例梨状肌综合征患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏进行治疗,观察组采用肘部重力按摩法进行治疗。比较两组的梨状肌综合征治疗总有效率、治疗前后的疼痛程度、临床症状体征(疼痛、压痛、下肢放射痛、跛行、梨状肌紧张试验及影响睡眠)评分及髋关节运动功能(Charnley评分)。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的疼痛程度、临床症状体征评分及Charnley评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的疼痛程度轻于对照组,临床症状体征评分及Charnley评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肘部重力按摩法在梨状肌综合征患者中的应用效果较好,且可显著改善患者的髋关节运动功能状态,因此在梨状肌综合征患者中的应用价值较高。Objective To explore the application effect of elbow gravity massage in patients with piriformis syndrome and its impact on hip joint movement function.Methods A total of 80 patients with piriformis syndrome admitted to the 3rd Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research ob-jects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Flurbiprofen Gel Plaster,and the observation group was treated with el-bow gravity massage.The total effective rate of piriformis syndrome,pain degree before and after treatment,clinical symp-toms and signs(pain,tenderness,radiating pain of lower limbs,claudication,piriformis tension test and sleep disturbance)scores and hip joint motor function(Charnley score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in pain degree,clinical symptoms and signs scores and Charnley scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,and the clinical symptoms and signs score and Charnley score were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elbow gravity massage has a good application effect in patients with piriformis syndrome,and can significantly improve the hip joint motor function of patients,so it has a high application value in patients with piriformis syndrome.
