摘　　要：Rosai-Dorfman病是一种罕见的非朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症,其特征是大而苍白的组织细胞累积且表现出伸入现象。其临床表现因发生部位不同而表现不一,发病年龄广泛,男女发病比例大致相等,临床表现及影像学不具有特征性,诊断主要依靠镜下特征及免疫组织化学。本文报道1例病理学诊断为Rosai-Dorfman病患者的临床资料并进行国内外文献复习,探讨该病的临床特点、病理学特点、临床诊断标准、治疗方法,以期为临床医师提供参考。Rosai-Dorfman disease is a rare non-Langerhans-cell histiocytosis characterized by accumulation of large,pale histiocytes that displays emperipolesis.The age of onset is wide,and the proportion of male and female patients is roughly equal.The clinical manifestations and imaging are not characteristic,and the diagnosis mainly depends on microscopic features and immunohistochemistry.This article reports the clinical data of a patient with pathological diagnosis of Rosai-Dorfman disease and reviews the literature at home and abroad,and discusses the clinical characteristics,pathological characteristics,clinical diagnostic criteria and treatment methods of the disease,in order to provide reference for clinicians.
