摘  要:盐敏感性高血压作为高血压的一种,多发于西北及东北地区,发病机制相当复杂。目前有从长期应用盐后导致肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统发生紊乱来解释盐敏感性高血压的;有从基因角度来研究盐敏感性高血压的;也有从受体信号通路被激活进行研究的。本综述将着重从新发现的肾脏被膜下层细胞的钠离子通道对盐敏感性高血压进行论述。Salt-sensitive hypertension,as a kind of hypertension,is more common in northwest and northeast China,and its pathogenesis is quite complex.Currently,there are explanations for salt-sensitive hypertension that result from long-term use of salt leading to disorders in the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,as well as studies from a genetic perspective and those that investigate the activation of receptor signaling pathways.This review will focus on the newly discovered sodium channel of renal subdorsal membrane cells to discuss salt-sensitive hypertension.
