FTS理念指导下床旁早期康复训练对妇科肿瘤手术患者预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念下床旁早期康复训练对妇科肿瘤手术患者预后的影响。方法随机选取2021年6月—2023年6月六盘水市妇幼保健院收治的100例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为两组,每组50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用FTS理念下的床旁早期康复训练护理,比较两组患者术后恢复情况、盆底功能障碍评分、女性性功能指数、负面情绪评分与护理满意度。结果观察组首次排便时间为(23.01±4.23)h,短于对照组的(24.95±3.68)h,差异有统计学意义(t=2.447,P=0.016)。观察组简化盆底功能障碍问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组女性性功能指数、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于FTS理念的床旁早期康复训练,可改善妇科肿瘤患者的术后恢复效果,有助于降低盆底障碍、性功能障碍风险,减轻负面情绪,并提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of bedside early rehabilitation training on the prognosis of gynaecological oncology surgery patients under the concept of fast track surgery(FTS).Methods A total of 100 gynecological tumor patients admitted to Liupanshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital between June 2021 and June 2023 were ran⁃domly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received bedside early rehabilita⁃tion training nursing based on the FTS concept on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,pelvic floor dysfunction score,female sexual function index,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first defecation time in the observation group was(23.01±4.23)h,which was shorter than that in the control group(24.95±3.68)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.447,P=0.016).The scores of Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-short Form 20 and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The Female Sexual Function Index and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Early bedside rehabilitation training based on FTS concept can improve the postoperative recovery effect of gynecological tumor patients,help reduce the risk of pelvic floor disorders and sexual dysfunction,alleviate negative emotions,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
